Allon4 - Allon6

The Allon4 treatment protocol is the process of applying implants to the jawbone without bone augmentation in total tooth loss.

The Allon4 treatment protocol is a treatment protocol that allows implants to be applied to the jawbone and a fixed temporary prosthesis to be fitted on the same day without bone augmentation in total tooth loss.

The advantages of Allon4 are that it eliminates the bone splicing process, so the implants take much less time to fuse, it provides a more comfortable operation process, post-procedure recovery is much more comfortable and, perhaps most importantly, it allows you to leave the clinic on the same day with your fixed temporary prosthesis.

Why Allon4- Allon6? What are the Advantages?

The Allon4 concept offers many advantages; the ability to make fixed temporary teeth on the same day, the lack of the need for bone augmentation, the fact that our patients are much more comfortable both during and after the procedure compared to bone augmentation, the natural and healthy prostheses made, and the very high patient satisfaction rates are among the main ones.

What are the steps of the Allon4 Process?

Implant treatment can be applied to everyone, except for health problems that restrict the application of implants. These include uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, immunosuppression and bleeding disorders. Implant treatment may be risky in patients who have been using bisphosphonates for a long time, as bone healing is adversely affected. In addition, the success of treatment is significantly reduced in heavy smokers as soft and hard tissue healing will be adversely affected.

Implant treatment can be applied to everyone except for the health conditions listed above. Long-term toothlessness or a decrease in bone size due to other reasons is not an obstacle for implant application. With operations to increase the amount of bone, your jawbone can become ready for implant application.

The advantages of Allon4 are that it eliminates the process of bone augmentation, so the fusion process of the implants is much shorter, it provides a more comfortable operation process, post-procedure recovery is much more comfortable and perhaps most importantly, it allows you to leave the clinic on the same day with your fixed temporary prosthesis.

Allon4- Allon6 What is the Success Rate of Implants?

The treatment of complete edentulism, whether with allon4 or with a larger number of implants, requires a very detailed diagnosis and planning phase. Meticulous and complete planning is one of the factors that bring success. In our clinic, both three-dimensional imaging methods and digital planning stages are used to evaluate this process in detail.

After the first examination, your measurements are taken, your photographs are taken and a prosthetic design suitable for your facial and oral structure is created. Then, with three-dimensional imaging methods, your bone structure, bone quantity and bone quality are evaluated and it is decided how the implants should be applied.

After these steps, the planned prostheses, surgical guides are created and the surgical procedure is started. The surgical procedure can be performed under local anesthesia or under sedation or general anesthesia. The surgical procedure and the adaptation of the temporary prosthesis are usually completed within a few hours and directed to the technician for finalization. Our preference is that you leave our clinic with your temporary prosthesis for the comfort of our patients as much as possible.

The healing time of Allon4 implants is similar to the healing process of normal implants and is approximately 3 to 4 months. You will be called for check-ups at various intervals throughout this process. It is very important to comply with these controls in order to maintain the implants and temporary prosthesis in good health. If you live out of town or abroad, you should follow your doctor’s instructions and stay in contact with your doctor.

Following the healing process, your permanent prosthesis will be prepared and delivered to you.

Can it be done in the same session with tooth extraction? Immediate Implant Application

For many years, the application of dental implants was performed after the cavity formed after tooth extraction was filled with bone, which varies between 1-3 months depending on the size and bone structure of the tooth. However, especially in the last 15 years, immediate implant has become a validated protocol and is successfully applied in all teeth, especially in single-rooted anterior teeth.

The aim here is to remove the tooth with the least possible trauma without damaging the bone and to preserve the bone anatomy by applying implants to healthy bone. Studies have shown that dimensional changes occur in the bone after extraction and this is prevented by implant applications in the same session. Immediate implant procedure can be applied in most teeth, but a detailed clinical and radiographic evaluation should be performed beforehand. It should be taken into consideration that this procedure cannot be performed in cases where bone quality is insufficient, anatomical structures do not allow immediate implantation, acute infection or bone and gingival recession that may cause aesthetic problems. Your physician will give you information about this after a detailed examination and diagnosis.
